I ordered a new grate for a Jøtul 160 F from Jotul Group Spares on Tuesday it was delivered today Thursday really fast delivery and service. The grate is a Mk 2 version a two piece grate as opposed to the original one piece the design has understandably been refined as my one had warped and I’m sure the original version has caused problems The new grate is fitted giving better airflow fits perfectly and looks good Well worth the money and I recommend changing Great service from Jotul uk many thanks I have also replaced the front glass in addition with a further order despite the item not being in stock the order arrived within a week and an email from Alan confirming it was on it was on its way , again outstanding customer service!!!

Rang these people, no answer, tried again, no answer..left message, no call back. What kind of operation carries on like this?..

I ordered the spare items for my stove on Monday the 18th of January, I was emailed to inform me that the items had been dispatched the same day. They arrived on Wednesday the 20th. I live in the middle of nowhere in the Scottish Highlands and the service was superb. They were helpful, friendly and courteous, the transaction was simple and the service second to none. I needed a part for my scan which was quite old , I emailed and got a call back straight away. The gent was friendly and helpful and patient! He even said he could cut out a new part if he had none left. I had been bracing myself for a difficult task but it was fine! Part came 2 days later. Highly recommend.

Brilliant Service Ordered parts for my Jotul F105 from here, parts were dispatched promptly and I was updated at every step of the way. If/when I require more I will be straight back onto them. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely and totally impressed with the service I received from Jotul Group Spares, there customer service was impeccable and there knowledge of their products was impressive. I believed I owned a F600 Multi fuel burner and ordered a handle for this, believing that Jotul had upgraded this product. when the product arrived I realised that this wouldn't fit my burner and emailed with pictures. Ben Lomax came back straight away to explain that my burner was actually a Jotul No: 12 Firelight and gave me a link to the item i needed. they then reduced the postage and refunded the original purchase & postage. In a normal year this would have been impressive, but this is not a normal year. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked and will only use this company from now onwards.
