First time using Osbornes for buying a tree. There was a great selection of trees in pots and cut and it was easy to find the right one for us by height/variety and price point. The staff are friendly and were able to cut a wedge off the bottom so it can take on water from the stand and net it for easy transport. The chap even offered to carry it to my car. They take card payments but this can be patchy due to the phone signal on site. Top service, highly recommended. Looking forward to decorating it later.

I’ve been getting my Christmas trees from here for decades and it is just as magical bringing my children here now as I remember it being when I was a child. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The trees are always beautiful with an excellent selection of heights and types. They last for ages!! The children love the magical reindeer dust too Getting our tree here has become a family Christmas tradition. Highly recommend.

We've been coming up here for many years. A Christmas tree farm in wooded hills above Bath makes it a magical experience! And the Fraser firs last us from the beginning of December all the way through.

Superb selection of tress, different varieties too. All freshly cut. Staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend a visit, beautiful location in the woods.

Had a great experience picking up our christmas tree yesterday afternoon. The team were really patient with us whilst we browsed and they packed it up for us and helped us put it in the car. Prices are very reasonable, locally grown trees and really easy location to find! Very happy with our tree! Thanks 😊 oh and they also take card!

Thank you so much for delivering our Christmas tree on Friday. I have to say I was nervous not being able to choose it ourselves and initially when I saw it packaged up I though it might be skinny. However, it is an absolutely perfect Christmas tree. I think we might have it delivered another year to avoid the choosing. You have cheered up an isolating family and we are very very grateful.
